◆ 1.6 Km Running for Male : 06 Minutes and for Female : 08 Minutes 26 Seconds.

◆ Carrying a person of 63.5 Kg to a distance of 183 Meters within 95 Seconds

◆ Clearing : 2.7 Meters

◆ Climbing 03 Meters Rope using Hand or Feet
