The selection process will be shortlisting of candidates on basis of academic qualifications, experience and skill, followed by written ability test, computer test and personal interview.

Eligibility Criteria Details : 

◆ Chief Executive Officer – CEO : 

– Candidate must have passed MBA / Master Degree in Agriculture or Post Graduation in Marketing / Management / Rural Management / Social Entrepreneur and Other relevant fields with Experience.

– Age Limit : Below 40 Years

– Salary Details : Rs – 20,000 /- Per Month

◆ Accountant-cum-MIS : 

– Candidate must have passed Graduate in Commerce, with PGDCA / BCA / Post Graduate in Commerce with Knowledge in Tally will be preference.

– Maximum Age : 30 Years

– Salary Details : Rs – 10,000 /- Per Month

◆ Providing legal and administrative support for the functioning of the PC as per the guidelines

◆ Act as effective link between PD, DRDA / OLM / ORMAS / Mission Shakti & Farmer Producer Company

◆ Support Community Mobilization and building local inclusive leadership with help of Udyog Mitra

◆ Business development of the PC

◆ Buildup share capital of the Company

◆ Conduct market research and building profitable market linkages

◆ Aware of the latest tenders in order to keep with a demanding customer base

◆ Maintain trader list and updates market information.

 

Suitability of Accountant-cum-MIS : 

◆ Through knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles

◆ Through knowledge on MS Office

◆ Experience in creating Financial Statements

◆ Experience in general ledger functions and monthly end / year end close process

◆ Excellent accounting software user

◆ Intermediate understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
