Short Information : Important Documents Required- If you are provisionally selected for the post of Gramin Dak ( GDS ), the Department of Posts will send a letter to you for the verification of original documents and then after they are verify your original certificates, if you produced the original certificates / documents, after that they take original certificate from you, and they are send your original certificates to Head Office.
In this article, i will provide you the complete list of documents required for the Documents Verification of Indian Postal GDS / BPM / ABPM Posts. Before 2 or 3 days of the results, the postal department will send you a provisional selection message. After getting the message of selection the provisional intimation letters will be sent to your registered address. You will get a provisional intimation letter better 1 or 2 months from the message.

When you get a provisional intimation letter from the recruitment authority, you need to verify your documents within 15 days from the date of dispatching the letter. You will find the date, time and address for documents verification. If you will not visit the Post Office within 15 – 20 days, your candidature will be cancelled and a chance is given to your successor.
Important Documents Required ( Original with Xerox Copy ) :
1. Online Application Print Copy
2. 10th class certificate
3. Caste certificate
4. Computer certificate ( if any )
5. Resident certificate
6. One ID Proof ( Aadhar Card / PAN Card )
7. Two Passport size photo
8. If you are a PH candidates, you should submit the PH certificate.
You will also find some other documents on the Attestation form, so need to take the sign of respected authority in the required place.
