◆ The selection process will be consist of shortlisting of candidates on basis of academic qualifications, experience and skill, followed by written ability test, computer test and personal interview.

Place of Posting : 

◆ The place of posting of both CEO and Accountant-cum-MIS will be at Producer Company Office, Presently the office function at centre of excellence at Gopalpur GP, Ranpur, Nayagarh.

 

Educational Qualification Details : 

1. Chief Executive Officer ( CEO ) : 

◆ Must have pass MBA / Master Degree in Agriculture Or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing / Management / Rural Management and Other relevant field with Work Experience.

◆ Salary : Rs – 20,000 /- Per Month

2. Accountant-cum-MIS : 

◆ Graduation in Commerce with PGDCA / BCA Or Post Graduation in Commerce with Knowledge in Tally with Work Experience.

◆ Salary : Rs – 10,000 /- Per Month

 

Job Profile of CEO – Chief Executive Officer : 2021

● Providing legal and administration support for the functioning of the PC as per the guidelines.

● Act as an effective link between PD, DRDA / OLM / ORMAS / Mission Shakti & Farmer Producer Company.

● Support Community Mobilization and building local inclusive leadership with help of udyog mitra.

● Business development of the PC.

● Buildup share capital of the company.

● Conduct market research and building profitable market linkages.

● Any other work / responsibility that will be ensured will be by PC / ORMAS / District Administration as and when required.
