OMC Recruitment Age Limit :
◆ Candidates should have not above 40-44 years of age limit.
Odisha Mining Corporate OMC Educational Qualification :
1. B.E / B.Tech in Mining Engineering recognized University / Institute approved by AICTE with Managers First Class Certificate of Competency under the CMR.
2. Minimum 8-12 years post degree relevant experience in Coal Mining out of which should have 04-08 years of relevant experience after acquiring MFCC.
Salary Details :
1. Dy. General Manager : Rs – 78,800 /- to Rs – 2,09,200 /- Per Month
2. Sr. Manager : Rs – 67,700 /- to Rs – 2,08,700 /- Per Month
OMC Recruitment Selection Process :
Out of Total 100 Marks, 70 marks will be assigned for short listing the eligible candidates in the following manner.
◆ Higher Relevant Educational Qualification : 10 Marks
◆ Higher Relevant Experience : 10 Marks
Total marks for Personal Interview is : 30
Eligible candidates will be shortlisted and called for personal interview as per the following ratio fixed by the management. The final selection shall be made on the basis of the score secured in base career, higher education, and additional experience.
