Age Limit :
1. For PGT Posts : Maximum Age : 40 Years
2. FOR TGT / Librarian Posts : Maximum Age : 35 Years
3. For PRT Posts : Maximum Age : 30 Years

Educational Qualification :
1. For Post Graduate Teacher ( PGT ) :
candidate should have two years of integrated Post Graduate M.Sc a course of Regional institute of education of NCERT in the concerned subject. OR
Master Degree from a recognized university with at lest 50% marks in aggregate.
2. For Trained Graduate Teacher ( TGT ) :
Bachelor Degree with at least 50% marks in concerned subject in aggregate. The elective subjects and languages in the combination of subject are needed.
3. For Primary Teacher ( PRT ) :
Candidate should have Senior Secondary School certificate with 50% marks OR
Its equivalent with 50% marks in aggregate with JBT / CT / B.EL.Ed OR
Graduation with 50% marks and B.Ed with knowledge of Computer Applications is needed.
