The Odisha B.Ed entrance exam will be conducted for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes ( 90 minutes ). There will be two papers like : Paper – 1 and Paper – 2nd.

Paper – l : It will be compulsory for all the candidates for Arts and Science candidates. The questions will be of Multiple Choice Questions ( MCQs ). There will be a total of 30 questions in Paper – l consisting of 1 mark each. The paper will be conducted for a total of 30 marks. The various subject include in paper – l like – English Language, General Awareness and Teaching Aptitude.

Paper – ll : It will consist of Two sections and a total of 60 marks. The candidates will have to choose one section and attempts all of the MCQs consisting of 1 mark of each. The candidates who choose section A will have to answer all the questions from the Arts Group like : History, and Political Science, General English, Odia and Geography. Section B will have to answer all the questions from Physical Science, Biological Science and Mathematics.

Odisha B.Ed Entrance Exam Mode : 

The Odisha B.Ed entrance exam will be conducted in the Online Mode only ( CBT ) .

Odisha B.Ed Entrance Exam Marking Scheme :-

Paper – l Details : 

◆ General English : 10 Questions and 10 Marks

◆ Education and General Awareness : 05 Questions and 05 Marks

◆ Reasoning : 05 Questions and 05 Marks

◆ Teaching Aptitude : 10 Questions and 10 Marks

N.B : Negative Marking : 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Paper – ll ( Optional ) :- 

There will be two sections : Like : Section A will be for the Arts Candidates and Paper B will be for Science Candidates. The candidate will have to choose one section among the two sections.
