◆ The candidate must belong to the area of operation of the Kanpur S.C.S Ltd. Kanpur. If suitable candidates belongs Narasinghapur Block shall be considered and in the invent of non availability in the Block area, then a candidate belonging to Cuttack District shall be considered for the purpose.
