Educational Qualification :
◆ A candidate must have passed Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institution.
◆ She / He must have passed a minimum speed of 40 words per minutes English Type Writing ( Self Certification ).
Selection Process :
1. Written Examination
2. Typing Test in English
3. Computer Test

Syllabus & Exam Pattern Details :
A. Language Test in English & Odia : 100 Marks – 60 Minutes
1. English Language Test – 50 Marks – 30 Minutes
2. Odia Language Test – 50 Marks – 30 Minutes
◆ Correct spelling of words, filling in the blanks, to correct grammatical mistakes in the given sentences, to select the word with opposite meaning from a given group of words,
◆ Questions shall be MCQ type with 30 minutes duration of each paper.
B. Typing Test in English : MS Word 50 Marks – 10 Minutes
1. The typing test shall be awarded be held for 10 minutes a speed of 40 w.p.m .
2. One mark shall be awarded for every eight correctly typed word and minimum qualifying marks is 20 marks.
3. A candidate who shall not appear in the typing test shall not be allowed to appear the test in Computer Application.
C. Computer Test : 70 Marks – 60 Minutes
1. MS Office Excel : 25 Marks
The candidate shall be asking questions relating to working knowledge of MS Office – Such as Cell Formatting Like : Bold, Underlined, Date, Number etc…
