Job Description :
◆ To interact with other function, if required to collect data to keep check over the process
◆ To ensure process audits are carried out as per plan and
◆ Working knowledge of basic sampling schemes and standard
◆ Conduct and document process and product audits using written procedure as audits standard
◆ Shall actively be involved in Root Cause analytics of customer complaint and initiating corrective / preventative actions through operation
◆ To maintain the quality audit metrics required to ensure the effectiveness of the new and the old process
◆ To help in identifying the gaps in process and to suggest on the resolution of the gap / process improvement
