Income Tax Recruitment Eligibility Criteria :
1. Inspector :
Head Clerks or Tax Assistant or Upper Divisional Clerks of Income Tax Central Excise And Customers Department who have qualified in the Departmental Examination for Income Tax Act, Customs Act, Foreign Exchange Maintenance Act and Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act will be given preference.
2. Stenographer Grade – ll :
Officers of the Central or State Government or Department or Organization – Holding analogous posts with 08 years regular service in the grade of Stenographer Grade – ll.
Passing a speed of 100 words per minute in stenography in English.
Income Tax Recruitment Selection Process :
Selection will be based on Deputation. The period of deputation including the period of deputation in other ex- cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization / department.
Officers once selected for the above post will not be ordinary allowed to opt out without a valid reason accepted by the Head of the Department.
