Educational Qualifications :
Post Graduate / Graduate in one or more of the following areas :
1. Post Graduation / Graduate in Engineering Discipline in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
2. MBA
3. PG Diploma in Project Management
4. International Law Science and Technology / Management or related discipline are desirable.
Desirable Qualifications :
1. Good managerial and interpersonal skills
2. Able to liaise effectively with GOI / Pvt companies / agencies or foreign government entitles
