Selection Process of NGO Jobs in Odisha 2021 : 

The recruitment shall be on the basic of Career marking only as per weightage assigned bellow.

1. Secondary ( 10th Examination ) : 10 Marks

2. Higher Secondary ( +2 Examination ) : 15 Marks

3. Graduation : 25 Marks

4. Post Graduation ( P.G ) : 30 Marks

5. Any Other Professional Course / Training : 10 Marks

6. Work Experience : 10 Marks

 

The merit list shall be drawn up on the basis of weighted percentage of marks obtained in all the 6 categories mentioned in the post. In case more than one candidate has equal marks, the candidate with past experience of working in Child Rights will be given preference. The decision of the Home Management Committee in this regard shall be final.

◆ Candidate must have passed Master Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Psychology or any other related field of Humanities or MBA ( HR ) or any other Master Degree with Computer Knowledge.

◆ Total Posts : 02 

◆ Salary Details : Rs – 17,500 /- Per Month

2. House Father / House Mother : 

◆ Candidate must have passed Graduate in any Discipline ( Science / Arts Graduate ) Preference will be Home Science / Psychology / Sociology Graduate.

◆ Total Posts : 04

◆ Salary Details : Rs – 11,000 /- Per Month

 

3. Paramedical Staff : 

◆ The candidate must have passed Compounder / Diploma in Ayurvedic / Homeopathic Govt of India.

◆ Total Post : 01

◆ Salary Details : Rs – 9,000 /- Per Month

4. Store Keeper-cum-Accountant : 

◆ Candidate must have passed P.G in Commerce / MBA in Finance.

◆ Total Post : 01

◆ Salary Details : Rs – 14,000 /- Per Month

 

5. Cook ( Male ) : 

◆ The candidate must have passed Under Matric ( 8th Pass to 10th )
