Educational Qualification :
1. Chief Executive Officer :
◆ Master Degree or Post Graduation Diploma or an Equivalent Degree in the field of Rural Management, Development Management, Forest Management, Agri Social, Agri Business Management and Other related fields.
◆ Graduation from any Discipline, however Graduation in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Science, Biotechnology and Sociology will be given preference with Experience.
◆ Salary Details : Rs – 20,000 /- to Rs – 25,000 /- Per Month
2. Accountant :
◆ Graduation in Commerce and 1 year computer course with proficiency in Tally latest version.
◆ Post Graduation in Social Entrepreneurship, Rural Development, Agri Business Management with Experience.
◆ Salary Details : Rs – 10,000 /- to Rs – 12,000 /- Per Month
3. Marketing Manager :
◆ Graduation from any Discipline and have proficiency in MS Office is desired.
◆ Post Graduation in Social / Rural Development / Agri Business Management or Related Field.
◆ Salary Details : Rs – 12,000 /- to Rs – 15,000 /- Per Month
4. Cluster Co-Ordinator :
◆ Must have passed +2 Examination
◆ Candidate who have received vocational training from skill programme.
◆ Salary Details : Rs – 6,000 /- to Rs – 8,000 /- Per Month
Selection Process :
◆ The selection process will be consist of Short listing of candidates of Academic qualifications, Experience, Skills followed by Personal Interview.
